Our website Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on this website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). 

Delivery and Shipping

We provide shipping to West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore. 

Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout. 

Free shipping (WM) for purchase above RM 150.

Orders received will be shipped out within 1- 4 business working days after order confirmation. 

For delivery out of main cities in Malaysia, unanticipated delays might happen due to logistics issues and custom clearance process.

If you need your order delivery to be sooner, kindly contact us or find us in FB.

Refund & Exchange

All confirmed sales after payment are not refundable.

We recommend customers to inspect the parcels upon reception and contact us immediately if the item received is wrong, defective or damaged within 7 days of the package arrival.

To qualify for an exchange, contact us with the followings:

1. Photos and videos of the wrong or defective or damaged parts.
2. Brief description of what is wrong or faulty.
3. Your purchase order number.

Upon investigation from our end, we will revert if the refund or exchange is qualified.
