This game is called the connection game of gluttonous snake. 

It has 15 game cards and 7 pieces of magnets. The game card gives the fixed position of snake-head and snake tail, and this is the known condition. This can be completed with careful observation. After the placement is done, if all the magnets are placed such that the snake-head and the snake tail can be connected, the answer is correct.
